Amber Trevaskis Bloomer,
Executive and Personal Development Coach
I am a certified coach with a unique blend of corporate and psychological experience. I have an extensive background in both and as such I am especially qualified to coach executives to excel, as well as help individuals in their personal development quests.
My experience in Neuro-science allows me to provide the science behind the learning so people can understand the concepts at a different level. In addition, I am a Daring Way™ Facilitator-Candidate and can facilitate the work of Brené Brown’s ‘Daring Greatly’ curriculum which fosters a culture of acceptance and creates an environment of creativity and ‘out-of-the-box’ thinking.
I am certified as a CPCC coach (through the Coaches Training Institute); I am ACC certified by the ICF; I have a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy; I am a member of the International Coaching Federation and the Neuro-Leadership Institute.
My passion is to coach executives and other individuals, working with them to achieve success in their workplace and in their homelife. My ability to come alongside the client with compassion while asking the hard and difficult questions is second to none. I hold a client in safety and together we traverse the difficult decisions that come with complex challenges and opportunities that careers and life bring to the table. We look at the processes and procedures that surround the work environment to see if we can streamline and create more flow. We work on communication skills as well as internal obstacles that hold a person back. Working with me will create a growing sense of clarity, sureness and understanding.
Prior to coaching, I created entrepreneurial ventures including Nine Little Months and Nine Little Kidlets, while being a wife and mom to three children. I have been featured on The Balancing Act and was recently invited to appear in the OC Business Summit at Saddleback Church where I was interviewed by Rich Karlgaard in front of a large live audience. I have also been featured in the OC Parenting Magazine as a Mompreneur. My companies have won multiple awards from Red Tricycle, OC Register Readers Choice and mostly recently StartUp Nation.
As a business woman I worked at one of the fastest growing semi-conductor companies in the world, Broadcom Corporation. As an early employee, I was responsible for growing the customer service department from a one-woman operation to a multi-national department running a backlog of over $1 Billion in a year. In business I have proven myself to be a visionary with the ability to portray that vision to others and to communicate at all levels. I have shown my ability to sell a concept to others and align departments to a single goal using my analytical skill set.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you grow through personal coaching or training workshops.
